It's so peaceful and a really good view along way over the city and out to the leafy subburbs (in the distance). Buy your ticket in advance - there's loads of websites selling them. The jump-on, jump-off open-top London bus tours are a good way to see a lot of the city that you wouldn't see getting the tube. Spitalfield's and Portabello markets are good, even if you're just looking. There's so many museums/galleries so do your research before you go to make sure you visit the stuff that interests you most. The Design Museum near Tower Bridge is really good if you like design. |
