Aberdeen Flats!!!Any Advice!!!?

Has anyone ever lived at the Flats called ARDMUIR (Trinity Court, Froghill, Linksfield or King Street), King's Street Exchange, Mealmarket Exchange, Spring Gardens or the Old Fire Station? Do you recommend any of them? What are the ups and downs? Any help would be appreciated.

If you want a property near the centre of Aberdeen then Rosemount, Ferryhill, or Holburn are nice areas.
Nice areas further from the centre are Kingswells, Bridge of Don, Westhill etc. Some nice areas around 15 miles from Aberdeen are Portlethen, Stonehaven, Ellon or Inverurie.
Aberdeen is a great place to live. Good shopping, nightlife, Universities, Schools, Parks, Beaches, Golf Courses etc.
