Hi, I did go to Jaipur as a tourist and I saw a lot of stone tores everywhere.
They even let you tour the factories and all.
Yet, unless you have connections or plan staying a while in order to compare prices and providers, the prices are very high and they try to steal you.
On the other hand, they try to make a living and compared to our western standards and prices it's real cheap but what I'm saying is that Jaipur is not the best place to go unless you know people there... which is not my case, sorry.
