sanjay has given some good advice, but i would not include elephanta. it was a waste of time for me. but still go for a ferry ride. spend some time at marine drive, its a great experience. it has lots of great restaurants, so definitely go to a couple... taste panipuri! and bombay is just not complete without its local trains. so go on a short ride, make sure it is not the peak hours though! you will get a feel of the varied culture of bombay in a train ride. i would suggest churchgate to bandra in the afternoon. |
