Generally speaking, are we allowed to bring and use mp3 players on airplanes? |
Travel Info Actually, I plan to use mine to watch movies and stuff. Is that allowed? Thanks. Travel Tips Yes you may use them while in flight; however the period from when the aircraft door closes till when the crew says you may use portable electronic devices, it must be stowed. The same goes from when the crew says all device usage must stop till the time leave the active runway and the crew annouces that you may use cell phones again. Source(s): I work for a major airline Other Travel Tips YES, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING THEM JUST MAKE SURE THAT FOR TAKE OFF AND LANDING ITS TURNED OFF AND STOWED AWAY...... yes. i brought mine on a few months ago. i think the only electronic devices that are banned are cell phones and anything that sends out a signal like wireless laptop cards, unless you turn them off yeah but u need to go past a certain altitude in order to use them, they will prolly tell u when its ok and not ok to use them definately, you just have to go higher than 10,000 feet in order for them to be used. of course!! knock yourself out! except they just ask you to turn it off during take off and landing. |
