Yes, you can bring make up on board. Just make sure all of your make up is 3 ounces or under and place it all in a small baggie (sandwich size), it'll be easier going through security.

i would think so. unless you have a cell phone in there then your cell has to be turned off because it interferes with the technology.
Are you talkign handluggage or checked?

You can take it in your carry-on baggage, but that and any other liquids or gels need to be placed in a small sealed plastic bag that will need to go through the x-ray machine separately. Check your airline's website for exact details of the size allowed for the bag - it's not very big, but if you're only taking an eyeliner it'll fit.
