Travel Info Can i claim compensation because my flight has been brought forward 12 hours 15 minutes.? Travel Tips I imagine you were contacted by the airline because they had a schedule change? The answer is no. This is covered in the airlines Contract of Carriage. Airlines reserve the right to change their schedule, add connections, or omit connections. You have agreed to these conditions by purchasing your ticket. You can review the Contract of Carriage for each airline on their website, but they are all almost identical to each other. Others Speak to the airlines customer services. With such a big change usually major airlines will give you the option to change or cancel your flight at no charge. Or offer to transfer you to a different airline. I'm not entirely sure, but legally I don't think they NEED to offer compensation, but most airlines will if you can't change your flight. I'd defintely give them a ring work in airline reservations |
