On my passport none of the page includes any evidence of ECNR or ECR? |
Travel Info I recieved my passport ffrm mumbai and there is no stamp or printed anything regarding Emigration thats ECR or ECNR wat do i mean by that ECR or ECNR Travel Tips It is deemed ECNR Source(s): Mittal Passport Guide 98105 38183 Other Travel Tips then go to any passport office and pay certain amount and show urs or any of ur parents degree and take the stamp ECR - Emigration Check Required This means that you need to submit your Degree certificate and get a stamp from the Passport office. ECNR - Emigration Check Not Required If you had submitted your Degree Cert at the time of passport application, you should be having a stamp of ECNR. Hay...Neeraj.. ECNR stands for emmigration check not required.. If you are a graduate then there is no need for you to attend the emmigration check. This is the rule before 6 months back. I think that this has been changed recently. And you can find more details regarding it on www.passport.nic.in www.passport.nic it is not possible passports do have an entry ecnr required or not required. pls check ur passport again carefully. check page no 2. this information is normally is printed there |
