Hell yeah I agree that Air Tran sucks. We constantly call Air Tran "AIR TRASH!!". You have to realize that they bought up ValuJet and many of it's assets a while back. Just because they have 717's, and 737-800s doesn't mean they are an efficient airline.

Only flew with them on one trip (round trip) but didn't have any problems. If they're cheap and get me from point A to point B, then there's not much to complain about.
Don't know what happened that prompted this question. But really, you are flying with a deep-discount airline, you can't expect superb customer service when paying less!

Sorry no I don't agree with you. My father and I, flew Airtran Airways to Atlanta then to Orlando, during spring break to vacation in Florida. Their flight-attendants are really nice, and some of them are attractive. It depends on what you think of something, and what your opinion is. Yes we had a small problem with them leaving the Newark airport for vacation, but a supervisor straightened it out. Although we had to change planes in Atlanta, we liked flying the airline.
