Powder makeup is not a problem. If any of your make up is liquid you need to follow the TSA's 3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottle or less; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. im not sure, because im going away this summer and i heard u can;t bring any make-up or anything that is fluid with u, it has to be placed in the baggage because of what happen last time but im not sure.. u can check on google.com
