Opinions on Club Seasons?

I have just won membership for the above club and only have to pay a maintenance charge each year - before I take them up on the offer I wonder if anybody else has had any dealings with them and if so what - they have places to stay throughout the world and all four star plus - but this prize seems to good to be true. Let me know if you have any experiences with them please.

I'm a seasons member and like you i was offered a free week .
I would say that it is time share .
If like me you get offered a free green week which they say is worth 拢3000 for the price of one years maintenance (which goes up each year) you can request a holiday for one week for up to four people in one of there i think its seven resorts (they got rid of a few and may be added one). I might sound vague but once signed up unless you ask for information they don't tell you . If you want to go further a Field they have in house affiliation with about 50 ish resorts around the world which cost you extra or if you become a member of interval international ( try and get it free as part of signing up as after it finishes you have to pay) the world is your oyster but again you have to bank your week and pay for the exchange .
For the price of that first maintenance fee its worth a try in the UK if you can get a week out of your allotted time slot.
If you get offered a double red week free take it as you can sell it . If you do take up there offer and don't like it you can jack it in quite easily as did my aunt .
DO NOT UPGRADE OR PART WITH MONEY UNTIL YOU TRY . on every visit they will invite you to some thing free and try and get you to up grade I did and have some regrets .Try and keep any information they write down or do it your self so you can use it next time as there does not seem to be any set price when upgrading
I enjoy time share but its not for everyone .
