Watching a movie on a laptop while on a flight? |
Travel Info are you allowed to watch movies on your laptop during flights? (obviously not during take off and landing) but other than that? will i look ridiculous being the only person using a laptop for movies? Travel Tips you won't look ridiculous at all. just make sure that your headphones stay plugged in, and you don't run out of battery. when the plane passes below 10,000 feet ( a few minutes before landing) you will be told to put the computer away, so pick a short movie. Others It depends on the airline and where it is flying. UK rules allow it now. You may look odd, and a lot of flights show movies on seatback tvs anyway. You can use your laptop on flights, you just can not access the Internet. I bet ya every other person on the flight will be using one for something. But even if you were the only person watching a movie, who cares if the others think you look ridiculous ? Are you ever gonna see any of those people again in your life? |
