Others you should immediately go to some information desk or airport personnel. I missed a flight from New York once and there's nothing except buy another ticket. They would have waited on the tarmac for some time before taking off though and I bet all the other passsengers were not happy. That should hold you until the next available flight arrives. If you flew in from another airport and were delayed through no fault of your own an airline will probably just put you on the next flight It's up to the gal or guy at the desk and/or her manager. Airlines usually try and accommodate Just go to the airline desk and ask if they can put you on another flight. If the plane is not full, chances they can help you. Otherwise you must buy another ticket and pay the difference. |
