Does anyone know Ryanair's customer email contact? |
Travel Info i really need an answer to my question, but i couldnt find their email contact anywhere on their website. I have recently bought a plane ticket from them flying from London to Dublin, the name i booked with was (Wen Ling, SXXX), but later I found out that my passport name is actually with an extra dash in between my chinese name (Wen-Ling, SXXX). I wanna know if this missing dash in between my name will cost me any trouble at the check-in later. thanx! Source(s): I worked at checkin Other Travel Tips No it will not because I did put the wrong name on a ticket when I booked mine a few months ago and I didn't have a problem. Your ticket name is supposed to match the ID you bring to the airport. Something like a dash may not make a big difference but best to check. Unfortunately attempting to reach Ryan Air is a nightmare. They don't have an email contact. You can call them -- there is a list of contacts numbers for them in the countries they fly to on their website -- but it's hard to get through, they have terrible operating hours and it's always a toll call! But better to check with them then find yourself out of luck when you get to the airport. If you are close by, I'd suggest just going right to the airport before you leave and asking the question. |
