Has anyone ever flown on a 17 hr flight and had wet dreams for at least the next 6 days? I can only guess it?

was because of the cabin pressure on the overseas flight. And because I was without a girlfriend at that time being with a full sack. Is this an unspoke phenomenon experienced by the combination of celebacy and long high altitude flights?
