Travel Tips
Here are a couple of ideas:

Bistrot et Terroir - 01 40 28 02 62. Adress :, 95 rue St Honor茅
75001 PARIS (Louvre/Chatelet).
Classic French food with a few surprises (try their "hamburger" or the "crac, hummm, crac" or the "chocolate nem"). Good wines you can order one glass at a time.
23 Euros for a three course menu

Au Petit Th茅芒tre 15, Place du March茅 Saint-Honor茅 75001 Paris Tel : 01 42 61 00 93 (same area as above)
A restaurant specialized in pig meat (if you dare, try their "pieds de cochon, I personnally do not fancy that, but...)
28+ Euros

Domaine de Lintillac 54, Rue Blanche 75009 Paris
Tel : 01 48 74 84 36 (Bourse/Opera)
South Western France cuisine (cassoulet, duck products) and wines. Fair prices, but be sure to book in advance

L'Ambassade d'Auvergne 22, Rue du Grenier Saint-Lazare 75003 Paris
(Centre Georges Pompidou). Massif Central Cuisine (pot茅e, tripoux, aligot). 28 / 30+ Euros menu

Pain Vin Fromage (Bread, Wine, Cheese) 3, Rue Geoffroy-l鈥橝ngevin 75004 Paris Tel : 01 42 74 07 52 (Centre Georges Pompidou)
One of the places to go to discover a selection of the 350+ French cheese varieties. Around 15/20 Euros if I remember well

La Cave de l'Os 脿 Moelle 181, Rue de Lourmel 75015 Paris
Tel : 01 45 57 28 28
A wine bar that also provides meals on evenings. A bit atypical as they do not serve you (you get the dishes yourself). Two services every evening at 19.00 and 22.00
20 Euros

Prices are without wine.
Be sure to phone / Book in advance in these restaurants.

And... if you come to France please avoid junk food restaurants!
