Where can i find a train from Paris to Lisbon? |
Travel Info I really need to get to Salamanca but i heard that there is an express train from Paris to Lisbon that stops in Salamanca, i am trying to book it but i dont know what website to look under? Travel Tips You can catch a train from Paris Montparnasse which goes to Irun (it's a TGV), and from there you can take the nighttrain to Salamanca. Alternatively, you can take a train from Paris Austerlitz and change at VALLADOLID CAMPO GRANDE. How/where you book depends on where you are a resident. I would start with the french trainsite. just click on the British flag for English (bottom of webpage): http://www.sncf.fr/indexe.htm It offers the option of paying online and collecting your tickets, but when I used it 3 years ago this service wasn't working all that smoothly yet. If you reside in the European Union, you can also try: http://www.raileurope.co.uk although their search engine can be a bit of a female dog about selecting dates. |
