What hotel in Paris has the best beds?

Travel Info
When I travel I like to stay in hotels that have good beds. I'm a medium travel (so don't do the Ritz very often) so I'm looking for recommendation on hotels that have the best beds. Clean baths are important as well.

Travel Tips
I was in Paris last August. I usually do Hiltons and their family of brands like Double Tree and Embassy Suites. I find Hilton beds just fine. Have never had any trouble sleeping on them. If you are looking for an affortable hotel, you can try Hotel de Varenne. It's located in central Paris and offers a clean facility, including baths. If you are sharing beds and end up with a twin double, it may be a problem as the bed is actually two twin size mattresses put together. These tend to drag apart when you rest in the middle and you end up with a trench between the two. Then you have to get up and push both mattresses together again. The best is a single full size mattress.
