Depends on your budget. If you have enough budget, and you want to spend 300-700 euro per night in a good hotel, one the best place is Quartier Op茅ra (8th arrondissement), near to Galerie Lafayette, Printemps, and you can find a lot of luxury hotels there.
Or if you want to spend more, 750-1500 euro, La Place de La Concorde (1st arrondissement)it's perfect, you can find the famous Hotel Crillon just in front of the Obelix, and close to US embassy, and Assembl茅e National.
Well if you don't want spend too much money, you should find a nice hotel in 5th, 6th arrondissement.You'll find hotels with 70-200 euro one night.

But the 1st, 2nd, 8th are the best arrondissement.
