Travel Info I'm jonsing for some low-carb peanut butter cups! Or anything I can get my hands on! Travel Tips In general, the French refer to the Atkins diet as the "R茅gime Montignac." It's a different doctor, but the same idea. I'm not familiar with any special products being sold for it. However, to meet one's peanut butter needs, it's good to know that the peanut butter sold in Europe (often from Holland) is much lower in carbs than the American ones. The Europeans don't add sugar to it like the Americans do. Of course, that means it doesn't taste as good!
