What French items are the best buys in France as compared to the US. Same question for Monaco..

Since most things have a 20.6% tax on them, things are generally more expensive in France than in the U.S. (except for food products which don't have the tax).

However, we have found that the quality of chocolate (and chocolate products like Nutella) that you get in France is far superior to what you'd get in the U.S. for the same price.
