Has anyone taken an adventure tour with REI? |
Travel Info We are looking to take a bike tour in Europe with REI and I don't know if they are the best choice Travel Tips Hi there - I wish I knew what bike tour you were taking as I used to do Product Management for another biking company and we worked with many of the same suppliers as REI. If you are doing one of the tours in Czech Republic - they are fantastic! In general, REI has a great reputation and their tours cost more because they provide more bells and whistles. I don't think you will be disappointed. All of their tours are guided - but not everyone wants a guided tour. You can also do several of the tours self guided which means you are armed with route notes, maps, and have all accommodations and bikes booked for you. You just have more flexibility this way and aren't traveling with a bunch of other people.
