What hotel in paris is great, romantic french style ( not modern) up to say 150/160 euros per night?

Travel Info
Must be in a good location, close to attractions and or metro station- hopefully quiet, some english spoken- and cute as a french postcard without being decrepit- I've read some nightmares about older style places being smelly, full of rats, cockroaches etc! I'm planning a suprise 2nd honeymoon thing for my wife...hopefully it will have a website and the ability to book online...
