When do children in france get out of school for the summer?

Taking a trip to paris and want to know when the attractions will be full of kids.

Officially the summer holidays start on the 4th of July this year (has nothing to do with the U.S., just a coincidence), but as early as in mid-June kids will go with their classes to different organized trips in museums, parks etc. And graduate high-school students will have their exams (BAC) in June Source(s): my son went to a French school
