How do you say "I'd like to return these library books?" in French?

Travel Tips
Je voudrais rendre ces livres.

The expression "library books" doesn't especially exist in France. The books they have at libraries are the same that they have elsewhere--no need to specify that they came from the library. Whoever you say it will understand what you mean from the context.

Do not use "renvoyer." That means to send back or fire someone. It would be pretty rude to say about something that you borrowed.
