Boulangeries in Paris opening hours?

Anyone to tell me what is the usual time for "Boulangerie" (bread shop) to open in Paris on Saturday? Can it be earlier than 8 am?

Yes, some of them open at 7.00 and it's lovely to get warm bread!!

Paris times though do not vary from other times, all the boulangeries open very early in the morning if they are traditionnal because the baker does his bread from 4.00 to 6.30 normally....

If you go to some bread shops, they have normal shops times because they don't prepare the breads and sweet things but only put them in an oven which does not take as long and is not as nice obviously.
