Travel Info What is a good hotel in Rome Italy to stay? Travel Tips Kind of depends on your budget. There are several good 3* hotels near the train station that are affordable. Train station is about 30 minutes walking to the main attractions or you could use the local metro or bus. Some people don't like to stay near the train station as some areas can be kind of seedy. I stayed there and I was fine with it. The San Remo hotel is okay. If you want a good hotel walking distance to Trevi fountain, check out the White Hotel. A 3* hotel but you are paying for location.
