Any reccomendations for Jobs in Italy?

Im am looking to travel around Italy as part of my Gap year. I am learning Italian - doing A level. I'm English. Female. Waitress and Farm experience... and also any particular recommendations for places. I went to tuscany last Year - Loved Firenze and Pisa and ADORED San Gimignano - esp in the evenings when all of the tourists had disappeared and i could sit in the small bar and draw with a glass of wine until the small hours in the morning. Thanks for your help.
