Well, I live in Madrid and weather in December is fair. Sometimes rains, but not all the time. It's not terribly cold, at least not colder than New York. It's manageable weather, in Madrid doesn't rain much anyway, anytime of the year. And if it rains, it doesn't pour, good luck!!
