Travel Tips Firstly get to know the laws on the english language,if you must ask a question dont use text speak its apallingly rude and ignorant. Others There appears to be no laws in respect of mopeds in Andalucia. I have seen families of four on mopeds regularly. Helmets are at best worn over the arm. Don't try that up north! If you have an appropriate EU licence you will have no trouble. nowadays you can ride a moped at sixteen, its legal in spain!! If you have a uk licence you should have no problems. but dont expept the no laws bit anymore because of the alarming fatality rate the police have realy tightend up on all moped riders to the extent that there are now very few on the road |
