Aruba - are there any good clubs for 20year +?

Travel Tips
Most of the hotels in the high-rise section have casinos and night clubs. There is also a party bus that leaves every night and makes a few stops and various bars around the island.
Others
I definitely stay away from Carlos and Charlie's bar and grill unless you want to end up like Natalee Holloway.
There are a lot of fun clubs in Oranjestadt as well as the high rise hotel area. Nothing wrong with Carlos n' Charlies...Very fun place, very safe but like all countries be smart and take a cab at the wee hours of the morning. You'll like the casino's, you must have proof of age (18) to enter though, they are very strict about this law.
go to Club Clobar if it's still open
You gonna like it
Try the KuKoo Kunuku party bus one night. It's a great time !! The bus will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the lighthouse for a champagne toast at sunset. Then you'll be taken to a beautiful private home for an outdoor dinner. Afterwards, you'll go to three local bars. Lots of drinking and dancing and music. (Your first drink at each place (total of four drinks) is included in the cost of the excursion.)

Garufa (across the street from El Gaucho - downtown) is a nice, laid back, cigar bar and has a different type of live music every night (sometimes just a sax player and other times a full band.)
Also like Cafe Chaos (downtown) on weekends - they usually have live music on Saturday nights.
There is also Soprano's located in the opposite direction near the high rise hotels. Fun piano bar and very relaxed.

And of course Carlos and Charlies. Their really isn't night life in Aruba that you may be used to , it's alot of Casino's.

=)
Carlos 'n Charlies, Bahia, Soprano's, Chaos, Eyes Night Club (Dakota), Mambo Jambo
