Travel Tips If you mean "can I buy prescription medication over the counter like in Mexico" the answer is no. They have Boticas-pharmacies and their laws are similar to ours. The one thing you won't find is aspirin, cold medicine etc at the market like we have here. Those are Botica items only. What you can get at a Botica is herbal remedies that our grandparents used to use. They work better than our over the counter meds with helping our bodies to heal faster. Others Sure.
