According to the Aruba Tourism Authority website, only Nationals of the countries listed http://www.aruba.com/pages/entryrequirem... are allowed to visit Aruba WITHOUT a visa.

If you live in Cuba, (a friend who lived there for a couple of year told me) , that you are not allowed to leave the country, remember Fidel is a dictator, I believe if people could live cuba to go anywhere in the world, most of them would have done it I believe.
