You should subscribe to redweek.com (its cheap) and check the resales, but the 2br's are running between 19k-27k for a week. Of course the prices should be negotiable. Buying in Aruba or with Marriott might be more expensive than if you buy another Interval International property. Definitely try the resale market. From what I've seen with Marriott, their prices are little higher than they should be for the sq footage and perks. You can still exchange into Marriott. You're giving money away if you go direct. |
