Travel Info How hard is it to relocate from the midwest to coastal Georgia? Travel Tips It can be a culture shock for midwesterns. Also it depends on where it is you want to relocate too. If you've lived in a small town all your life, then move to a big city, its a dramatic change. Theres many towns that are small, but not too small to where you cant find it on a map, but its cozy. If your always up for a challenge and like change, I dont think you'll have a problem moving to the coast. Others Depends on what aspect you're referring too. I assume you don't have a question of how to put all your stuff in a big truck :). Something nice on the coast will coast you. Not sure what you're accustomed to but home prices on the coast in this region are much more than the mid-west(in general) Areas around Savannah -Tybee Isl. etc. Brunswick and St. Simon Isl. are very nice. I'd say start by checking into the Savannah chamber of Commerce |
