Can anyone suggest a nice hotel that we can stay in . I am willing 2 pay a certain amount for a nice hotel but want 2 make sure that it will be nice.something romantic and relaxing ... Does anybody have any previous experience. I was checking out the Atlanta Marriot Northwest because they have a six flags package deal and heard that they just recently renovated . Has anyone stayed there before or can give me other hotels. Thank you in advance

Well now there are a few important things you have left out. First of all your price range. You can stay in some very top notch hotels in the city. The Westin mentioned above is one of them. You will pay a huge premium to do so as well. Most of the ones in Atlanta is probably out of what you are looking for. Now you mentioned romantic. If that is important, you will want to look for a B&B in the city, or one of these nice hotels.
Now if you are looking to be close to Six Flags, there are several right there. You DO NOT want to stay there though. All the hotels right there are horrible. There are a few in Lithia Springs. This is the closet place where you will be close to the park but in a decent hotel. But none of them are more than just chain places. There is a Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn, La Quinta a little furthet out (Douglasville), etc. If you go to Hotels.com, search for Atlanta, GA, and then do a landmark search for Six Flags you get a list by distance.
