Where do people go after VISION closed?

I'm from ATL, but now live in NYC, I'm taking some friends back for a visit...but don't know where to go clubbing now that Vision closed.

Any suggestions? We're all in our mid 20s and like to go somewhere classy and hip. I'm so sad Vision's now gone....

Travel Tips

Depends on the night.. But I can definately tell you where to go on any given night in the Atlanta proper area. Not really sure about the suburbs.

Fyi. I'm originally from Manhattan as well.
Tues nite, people go to Mood Lounge in buckhead
wed nite, people go to Tongue and Groove for latin nite or jack rabbit right next door
Thur nite. people go to a sushi lounge called thrive, lotus lounge on piedmont or tongue and groove for insider night.
Fri nite. people go to cosmolava in midtown..lotus lounge again.. Aikos sushi lounge, E. andrews or tongue and grooove
Sat nite has changed drastically in Atlanta over the last few years, but here goes.
The new velvet room of chamblee tucker is ok, but in the burbs.
Fever of cheshire bridge has a good crowd
Also Bazaar and Halo lounge, both are very small but are ok, and decent fri and sat

Sadly, Compound is all asian. Vision closed. and so did ELEVEN50.. however its reopening soon.. as CLub Opera and will be a really hot club.

I used to work in the business and can get you passes if you ask nicely...
