Others six flags ? thers the worlds largest fish tank, the zoo, white water, and they dont call it hotlanta for nothing because it gets frickin crazy humid here I always visit atlanta in the summer and the weather is nice and warm sometime rainy and it is fun but not to much attractions like there is in miami florida(that is where I am from) but it is nice to go out of town.......six flags is a nice place to go and if you seen to movie ATL you know the skating ring cascades??? that is a nice place to go on Saturnday it is hip hop day and a lot of young people are there like ages from 15 and up it is hot the address is 3335 Martin Luther King Jr Dr Sw if you wanna go and a lot of people go to the underground mall in downtown altanta it is cool because it has a rich history and it is really underground...it is ok not a lot of stores but they have nice shoe stores but not to good on clothes the address there is 50 Upper Alabama St Sw....well atlanta is fun but you should come to miami sometime it's cool down here and easy directions too You could do six flags, but there's a lot of trash that goes there. The CNN center, the Auqarium which is the largest in the Western Hemisphere and second only to Japan would be my vote. The malls, in my opinion, are overpriced, too busy, and not worth the time. The best mall is out in Conyers, which is about a 40 minute drive from the heart of Atlanta. There are a lot of unique shops downtown which you would probably have more fun browsing in than a mall. If you get a chance - I highly recommend having lunch at Aunt Pittypat's Porch. It is an experience you won't forget! As far as weather goes, expect high humidity, and heat in the 90's to 100's. There is Underground Atlanta, which is sort of a mall, with restaurants and stuff, and its kind of across the street from The World of Coca-Cola and Centennial Park.... The Georgia Aquarium is good, maybe catch a Braves game at Turner Field (you can also take tours there), Zoo Atlanta & Cyclorama, Martin Luther King's birthplace (on Auburn Ave)... there is plenty to do in Atlanta! I live in the ATL |
