The commute to Cumming would not be that bad. You are going against rush hour traffic. It can still be bad though. The 400 is kind of hit of miss at rush hour. You never know. Cumming is not that far, but it is still a drive up there. Roswell to Marietta would also be alright. There are back roads you can take. You are kind of going against rush hour as well. Not matter what, traffic in Atlanta is very awful no matter where you live. I would recommend living as close to where you work as possible. It is very easy for people to have a 1-2 hour commute each way in Atlanta. That is only going 20 miles or so one way. It is bad here. Plan ahead. Others id say about half an hour. For your exact times, check out mapquest.com. Maybe a half hour, when traffic's heavy. It's right up the road. It depends on a lot of factors. Traffic on Ga. 400 is now horrendous in both directions at rush hour. A lot of the commute time will depend on whether you have to cross the river, whether you have to cross 400, and so on. But it could take as little as a half-hour from Roswell to Cumming. |
