anybody from here has an accent. but i am from s. Georgia, near waycross, where the fires are burning . most south GA. folks have very heavy accents, especially if you are native to here.

They pretty much all do. It really depends on people who lived there all their lives.

I've been in GA for 20 years and I don't have an accent. I think you would find a heavier accent in small, rural towns. The bigger cities have a much wider diversity.
a lot of small towns outside of Atlanta. Also places like savannah and Tiftin Georgia
Southern GA small towns. Atlanta has too many transports (like myself). Savannah may still have some southern souding natives. I'd say not Columbus or Augusta either. Go down to Albany or Valdosta.
