Atlanta lavish night clubs under 21?

I tried searching for 2 weeks straight and now I have reached a breaking point and just want answers from someone who knows the town! My birthday is only a couple weeks from now and I have about a group of 10 tagging along with us to ATL for the weekend. Two people are 20 and I am trying to search for a club that allows 21 and under that is lavish and mainstream.. the best of the best in ATL. I have searched this forum and no one really gives a straight answer about which club to go to for this criteria. Like I said, something manistream/hip hop.. not TOO thuggish, and very lush! The compound looks nice but I have found nothing that says the age limit! PLEASE anyone help or gve some advice! We are saying in Smyrna but don't mind driving into the city. Thanks in advance!

The above answer is right on. ATL is very 21 and up oriented. I am sorry. That is why you are not getting the answers you are looking for. Atlanta live is 18 and up. Friday's are slow, Saturday's are packed, but it is mostly a gay crowd that goes there. It is hip hop and a lot of fun. They also have big name rappers and r&b singers performing there on Saturday nights a lot. If you are really wanted to experience the Atlanta clubs, I suggest you make your party 21 and up.

There are only two clubs that allow for 18 and up, and that's Club Crunk and Mama's Primetime. There aren't really any clubs in the Metro ATL area that allow for under 21. ATL is more os a party scene for 21 and over. For the Compund u must be 21 or older.
Atlanta live is a gay club on saturdays and sundays....Mama's primetime is def not what ur looking for if u just want mainstream because its FARR from lavish and its packed w/ hoodlums...Compound is def 21 n up and so is every other nice club club in atl..club fever might be ur best bet. i believe they have something special for big birthday groups and the people who arent 21 would just pay 20 to get in...look at their website

I think club Europe lets you in at 18, I know they used to, I have been there in the past year, but I am of age, so I don't remember their age limits. It is not my favorite place but it is far better than Mama's and those are the only two I know of. In a few years, go check out the Halo, 1150, Compound, and the WetBar, they are my favorites, but they are definitly 21 and up

Yeah it kinda sucks, we used to have a lot of raves, afterparties, and 24 hr clubs here in atlanta, but now they are few and far between, backstreet was shut down and now all of the raves are gone too. Finally in the last year I have begun to see a few afterparties, but they are usually hard to find and not held on a regular basis
