Inside the perimeter of 285 your prices can range from 600 to 1800 for a one bedroom apartment. Out side the perimeter, anywhere from 500 to 1200. What is your preference? New or older housing? As with any city, you'll find better deals with older apartments and condos. When you get here try east Atlanta, or even some parts of Buckhead. But the base for any flat here is 650 to 800 for a 1br. Good luck! Others 700 - 1000 dollars two bed room a lot. 700-1200 I live in the Vining/Smyrna area just outside of I-285 and the decent apartments go for about $750 (for a 1 bedroom) to about $1150 for a 2 or 3 bedroom Apt. if you don't mind a "short" drive (distance wise, during rush hour nothing is a short drive) winder and buford have places that are relatively cheap compared to areas like buckhead, vinings, or the city proper. |
