The Atlanta Fulton County Library is a few blocks away. It all depends on the fun you were looking for. Underground and window shopping is fun. SSgt, post a different answer. You cut & paste this one ten times a week! Geez! Try Stone Mountain Park. For one entry fee of about $10, you can drive a car load full of people in and go see a number of different things: old homes, climb the mountain, see museums, check out the lake, petting zoo and other activities. SSgt has the link... You can also go to Kennesaw Nat'l park. This is free, and there is enough historical stuff there to fill up an afternoon. There is a cool cowboy museum in Cartersville that is not talked of much but is VERY cool. It is also only a couple of bucks to get in. Well worth seeing, and it is easy to get to. You can also go see the indian mounds while you are in Cartersville, and that is free. Go to Little five points! Its is fun and cheap!!! there are all kinds of cool stores, clubs, restuarants its where all the really cool people are!! lol They have live concerts almost always in the Five points restuarant. The Variety playhouse has concerts too i saw the English Beat there! it was awesome! there are all kinds of people there. Oh, and there is a drive -in movies nearby!! |
