Omni Hotel in Atlanta Georgia? |
Travel Info Does the Omni Hotel in Atlanta Georgia have their Ice Skating Rink still ?? It was inside their hotel when I was a kid Travel Tips No, that was closed down about 10 years ago. it used to be there along with the "World of Sid & Marty Croft," but both closed around 1982 and the area was filled in with a very popular food court. Sorry! The hotel is not the BEST to stay at either. It is still nice, but the area is not great at night. Midtown is a better place to be at night for a hotel. However, there are now a significant number of ice skating rinks around now - for Atlanta, that is. About 7 or so are throughout metro-Atlanta. The nicest is up in Cobb County near Town Center Mall. Others I don't think so but i have not been latley but i am pretty sure it is gone sorry |
