What is a better airline....Air Tran or Delta Airlines?? |
Travel Info I'm not talking as far as the prices but I mean as far as the food, service, comfort??? I'm actually From Los Angeles trying to decide between Delta and Air tran since the flight tickets are about the same price so I can fly to Atlanta. Travel Tips I work for Delta so my opinion may be some what biased... if the prices are the same I think Delta would be best... you have to be loyal to yourself and your pocketbook first... the Airlines are beating each other up trying to fill every seat and still be competitive with everyone else.... If you plan ahead you get a better deal... you wait and you pay more... the airlines have made their profit off of the Business Traveler who doesn't have the chance to plan ahead,,, they have to go and pay whatever the fare is when they have to travel...Delta has been flying from LAX to ATL for a long time...they know the way...Coming out of bankruptcy Delta is trying really hard for every customer... Food is pretty much standard nowadays... sometimes you do well if you fly during a meal time... sometimes you may have to pack a sandwich from home or buy something at the airport...comfort also depends on which aircraft and how much room their is in each row...probably too much information but that's my two cents worth thanks... Others id say delta Delta air Tran have a lot of new airplanes.They are friendlier also. delta....air tran blows. I took them once and was stranded in atlanta for a day in a half for no real reason. And they didn't even give me any sort of compensation. Air Tran is cheaper for buying ticket than Delta. Both are hub in Atlanta too. Delta is International airline, not like Air Tran. If you plan for domestic airline, you can choose Air Tran when it is very need to save budget!! I have never gone wrong flying with Delta--especially if you are in the military. I would purchase a coach class ticket, but they would always give me first-class seating if available. |
