What is Valdosta Georgia like?

My family is moving there soon and i want to know what its like? Tell the pros and cons. PS i dont wanna move :(((((((((

Valdosta is a place where you don't want to move to if you have kids. The schools are very horrible especially for elementary and middle school. There is nothing here to do as a family except an amusement park called Wild Adventures and it is very small compared to Six Flags. It is mostly a city that thrives around a local college. It's very hot and humid. There is all kind of wildlife here, if it can kill it's here in Valdosta, Ga. The mall is very small, it's more like an indoor shopping center. Racism is still a factor here and people are either ghetto or just country as heck. Overall it's a place I would choose to live.It is right above the stateline of Florida, looks very touristy, has outlet malls and all that good stuff. I don't think much happens out there! Good luck and make the most of it!
A couple of friends are down there right now and all they can say is that it is absolutely a SCORCHER down there! so hot, so bring lots of cool clothing, especially during the summer!
