It has less 'rough' suburbs and It is smaller easier to get around in (think your teenagers and using bus routes)

AND there is also always the house prices....Family home...3 bedrooms $200'000 difference between the cities.

However, It is where you think you want to be that counts, stay in both cities for a while, get a 'feel' for them and go with what feels best for you!
