Travel Tips Hey looks like u are from India You surely have to get the work visa b4 you land in Australia to be leagally employed You contact some compaies and they would send u the work permit and with that work permit u can get your visa and be legally employed in Australia Since I feel u are an Indian - will give the australia embassy contact details in Delhi for ur refeence and hope it helps Australia Work Visa requirements Valid passport. 1 Visa application form 1066 duly filled in and signed. 1 form M-67 to be duly filled with family details & signed. Form 1196 duly filled in and signed by the Prospective Employer & Sponsor. 5 Recent passport size colour photographs with light background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form. Covering letter from the company on its letter head stating the workers name, designation, purpose and duration of visit. Written offer of Employment detailing Job Title, description of duties to be performed, Previous Qualifications and Experience, length of Employment and salary. Proof of all Previous Educational and Professional Qualifications. "Department of Immigration, Multicultural and Indigenous affairs" Sponsorship / Approval from Australia. Original and photocopies of all relevant Educational and Professional certificates. Brief Company Profile.
