Travel Tips It is relatively easy to obtain a tourist visa for New Zealand however obtaining a work visa is somewhat more difficult. NZ change their visa requirements frequently in response to local demand, economic changes, etc. At present, unless you have a job offer or are skilled in an occupation in shortage you will find it difficult to obtain a work visa.
