Travel Info hi i live in near baton rouge louisiana. im about to move to the out skirts of austin texas. i hav no clue how yall do things ova there. so plez if yall can plz anwser sum of my questions. 1.do yall where uniforms ova there? 2.how many credits u need to graduate there? 3.is p.e. a required class to graduate? 4.do yall take any standerized test there? over here in louisiana we take sum thin called the leap test. 5. if so wht is it called and do u have to pass it to graduate? 6.do yall have fun at the high skools there? plz if u can answer all the questions. thanxs! Travel Tips Wow....you don't sound like you even passed the 3rd grade. But I'll play along. 1. Not usually, but it would depend on the school itself. 2. Can't remember exactly, but you need 4 English credits, 3 Math, 2 foreign language, 4 Social Studies, 2 computer classes, etc. There are standards set by the state, but some other things can vary by district. 3. Yes, P.E. is required. I think it was 3 semesters at my school. But I didn't actually take P.E. for my P.E. credit, I was in marching band and that counted as my P.E. 4. In Texas we have the TAKS test. 5. Yes, you must pass to graduate. The last year students take the test is the 11th grade year. 6. I had a lot of fun. Kids in high school will always say they hate it, but later they come to realize it was a cool time in their lives. High school is what you make of it. If you set out to have a bad time, then you will have a bad time. If you work hard in your classes and set out to have a good time, then you will have a good time. Be careful who you pick as a friend. Friends can help you or hurt you. Don't give in to peer pressure, or drama (don't spread rumors!!). I hope I helped.
